President Orr Olson	Orr Olson has been living in San Diego since 1980. He is a Real Estate Broker since 1989, International Real Estate Group – Broker. He is also Southern California International Committee President, Global Committee Southern California Member, Committee Member CRASD – Commercial Real Estate Alliance of San Diego. He has been awarded as CIPS – Certified International Property Specialist. Two times winner of the International Real Estate Award in 2018 & 2020 and finalist in 2021 & 2022. Represented Southern California in fifteen different Countries. Vice President Serhan Emre	Serhan is an industrial designer currently working as the Director of Product Development at Architectural Materials USA, Inc., where he has been leading the development of new products in the architectural materials industry for over 10 years. Previously, he worked as the 3D Director at Learn HealthSci Inc. for 7 years, where he led a team responsible for creating over 1000 3D animations for major companies such as 3M, Colgate, Oral-B, Henry-Schein, Dentsply, Kerr, Olympus, Procter & Gamble, and Johnson & Johnson. Secretary – Social Chair Ozlem Cilingir	Ozlem grew up in Türkiye. She likes to travel. In her free time, she enjoys rowing. She is an outgoing person, she loves people. She likes to keep herself busy. You can find her either volunteering in organizations or working out on something. She enjoys her time with her family and friends. She feels so lucky to live in San Diego. Membership Chair Derya Sirkecioglu	Sina Derya Sirkecioglu was born and raised in Istanbul. She has been living in San Diego for 2.5 years. She completed her undergraduate education in Public Administration. She worked as a general coordinator in an advertising agency in Istanbul Besiktas for 13 years and also completed her master’s degree in Marketing Communications and Public Relations. She currently works as a finance officer at the International American University San Diego campus.
