President Nil Noyan	Nil grew up in Istanbul and found herself in sunny San Diego where she received an academic scholarship to attend Alliant International University and studied Business Management & Marketing. Good at wearing multiple hats, Nil is currently the Special Events Manager at La Jolla Playhouse – the nationally acclaimed, Tony Award-winning – performing arts company – where she plans a wide variety of events. Also, she is responsible for developing relationships with other community organizations. Nil has been serving on ATASC-SD board since 2018. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering her expertise to charitable causes, capturing memories with photography, spending time with her family, checking out new restaurants, listening to a great music playlist, being outdoors, and reading. nil.noyan (at) atasc-sd (dot) org

Vice President Ozlem Sengul	Ozlem Sengul is the co-founder of one of the leading health & personal care brands in the U.S. Her expertise includes Brand Building, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, and E-commerce. Her company was recognized by Inc 5000 and by SDBJ Fastest Growing Companies multiple times. After finishing her Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bogazici University in Istanbul, she received an MBA Degree from San Diego State University. After moving to San Diego in 2009, Ozlem served in many Turkish-American organizations including the House of Turkiye and the International Children’s Day Committee. In her free time, Ozlem likes traveling and camping with her family. Secretary Orr Olson	Orr Olson has been living in San Diego since 1980. He is a Real Estate Broker since 1989, International Real Estate Group – Broker. He is also Southern California International Committee President, Global Committee Southern California Member, Committee Member CRASD – Commercial Real Estate Alliance of San Diego. He has been awarded as CIPS – Certified International Property Specialist. Two times winner of the International Real Estate Award in 2018 & 2020 and finalist in 2021 & 2022. Represented Southern California in fifteen different Countries. Social Chair Ozlem Cilingir	Ozlem grew up in Türkiye. She likes to travel. In her free time, she enjoys rowing. She is an outgoing person, she loves people. She likes to keep herself busy. Treasurer Serhan Emre	Serhan is an industrial designer currently working as the Director of Product Development at Architectural Materials USA, Inc., where he has been leading the development of new products in the architectural materials industry for over 10 years. Previously, he worked as the 3D Director at Learn HealthSci Inc. for 7 years, where he led a team responsible for creating over 1000 3D animations for major companies such as 3M, Colgate, Oral-B, Henry-Schein, Dentsply, Kerr, Olympus, Procter & Gamble, and Johnson & Johnson. Before that, he was a Director of Engineering at Qualcomm Technologies Inc, working on Graphics and Camera Drivers, and managing the GPU Kernel Team. He has 20+ years of experience in Image Processing, Computer Vision, Camera Systems, and Accelerated Graphics. He received Ph.D. and MS degrees in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, and MS and BS Degrees in Computer Engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. He moved to San Diego in 2016 from Orlando, which he called home since 2003.
